AnonD-70006, 02 Sep 2016If it was Apple, they would have just sent everyone a case ... moreThe thing with your statement is that something like this has never happened to Apple but I stab in the dark & say that if something like this was to happen to Apple they wouldn't 'sweep it under the rug'.

Thousands of orders has been canceled that's very sad indeed

Anonymous, 02 Sep 2016What does Apple has to do in your comment anyway?Somehow, it just has a need to be mentioned for reason you may not understand.

Haha Karma is a bch. Over 12 billion in loss for you samsung. What was the QA and validation team doing about when they had it's prototype? You cannot always blame on software for the phone to get heated up. A phone is supposed to undergo a quality of tests for its software and hardware capabilities. Things were been easier for them to built the phones with non removable battery and case. But not anymore !!! You don't even know what is in the hood. This is what happens when you get too greedy. People like me have always wished for Samsung phones with removable battery. It not only helps to have an extra battery back up, but also it is easy to diagnose and do the job in the event of a repair. Glad now I use a LG G4. Btw my last phone was a Galaxy s3 and loved it.

AnonD-551566, 02 Sep 2016don't be too concerned... even with removable batteries u w... moreBullcrap. Most of the newer phones are good enough to function way beyond the two year normal ownership.

And people who claim they have no problems with battery of phones like S7E do not even use theirs to the fullest. Like playing mobile games that are beyond crappy mobile equivalents of kiddy fladh games from pc.

So it's already lacking even as new. Any minor degradation is crucial.

Biggest flagship of the year, the poll ( peoples vote.) in America regarded the N5 above the iphone, and this, the new and even better version has this happen, right before the iphone release.
