I believe the GPU of the iphone 7 was Power VR GT7600 +
(adding more 50 gflops to current GT 7600).

Some site reporting the gpu single precision floating power passing
300 Gflops mark.

This is very very impressive.Lets see whether can reach Ipad PRO performance.

Iphone faster than any other phone in loading time because iphone use faster storage (try launch a game in pc one with hdd and the other with ssd). Both of single core performance and multi core performance are important depends on the app (was it optimized for single core or multi core). The resolution of display wouldn't affects loading time but it affects apps with graphic intense performance/fps.

Not impressed at all. It's common in iOS. Who cares?

Apple has crushed the paradigm that higher specs equate to higher performance. Androids still cannot find a good excuse to the fact that the iPhone was always and continues to be the fastest, smoothest with better frame rates device ever created.

                    King is back

Useless Geekbench scores. All it measures is Java Script performance, and we all know iOS is much better optimized in that regard.

Having said that, the A10 is a beast by any stretch or standard. Its a 6 issue wide CPU design with an additional Victim cache (l3 cache) and massive bandwidth. Thats HUGE. The only mobile core with a wider design is the Denver core with and we know that one is not a pure ARM core but a VLIW one. The IPC of the A10 is leagues ahead of any other smartphone oriented soc and even tablet SOCs.

I am not a fan of Apple, its closed ecosystem and usage restrictions. I will nevrt spend money on an iPhone. But even I will tell you that the A10 SOC is miles ahead in terms of complexity and computing ability. Which is understandable considering the MASSIVE expeibditure on R&D made by Apple every year, made possible through the insanely fat margins they charge their customers.

Going through the comments, really there are objective people who explains things nicely and fairly (regarding iOS and Android ). For sure there are too many biased fans who are surly biased.
My point is, there is no final judgement which of the pair I mentioned above is superior to the other, it is an ongoing process/battle of evolution, both of them are working hard to keep it up. So, where is the problem??
you know?? the problem is in the fans who try to prove that their beloved OS is the best without objective rationale.
I can tell you that there is no absolute answer to this question, MAYbe iOS is better, Maybe Android is better. it all depends on what you need from your phone, the budget you have, how often you change your phone, how you use your phone....and so on.
Example: some one who is so busy (researcher, lawyer, scientist, running own business....you get my point, right? ), who has no time to play around with his mobile, needs fast responses to specific tasks like calling someone, scheduling, reminders, online banking, pay with his mobile, subscribe for online business solutions...etc and phone budget is not his concern, if you ask those punch of people: which phone they prefer, I am pretty sure that larger proportion of them will choose an iphone. (do not get me wrong, this is not meaning that there is no businessman with Android phones,, of course there are much).
AND if there is someone who like to tweak and play around with his phone, change the themes, take much photos, like to upload movies and videos from his computer, watch much of youtube, a gamer, a cruiser, have a limited access to internet or internet with slower speed with limited data plan, of course will opt to Android (cause ios needs better internet to upload to cloud , which is pain for the majority of people in lower and middle income counties).
Final word: PICK WHICHEVER YOU LIKE, BOTH ARE GREAT OPERATING SYSTEM WITH DIFFERENT CONCEPTS.

i download free films every weeks, watch it, then delete it. sometimes i also stream japanese cartoon/anime using a vpn (because it is blocked in my country).
and if my phone stolen, i will buy the new one, that's not a problem.

And how much data plan you wanna waste torrenting.. Leave torrenting and download to the BIG Boys.. PC / Mac.. Hell.. even a rasberry pi at home serve better torrent then a silly android phone.

Your silly small 256gb (If you choose to buy LOL.. which cost more then 2TB worth storage) is no match for 4TB .. 6TB NAS drive.

And what to do when you lose your phone? Cry like a baby? No way to recover lol.

Torrenting and pirating on Android is a noob user. No thinking always want free, just download app and start pirating.. no wonder they are slow to update / and get tons of malware for free.
