AnonD-345931, 11 Sep 2016The poll result makes me lose faith in this community. ... morecriteria for a best phone also includes the price, you cannot give 2 years features now and charge premium for device and then brag about the feature.

      Hey!!!

Dint Steve address the Keynote of the iPhone in 2007. The company who is keen about the Software they should make their own Hardware.

Apple does not sell iOS, macOS, etc. to other devices, like Android is available for all Smartphone brands, they make their software for their products and the hardware, and I have been using iPhone and Android trust me nothing like Apple software and hardware integration for their devices works like a charm.

As per "Criticism" about Apple sucks and all, I would bet my money on Apple after they introduced the concept of touch screen Smart-Phones in the global market and it has been the #1 Smart-Phone till date and its estimated net worth is $1.5 trillion, No.1 tech company in the world.

      Do your math haters.

Actually, removing the headphone jack is a stp forward... but not with this phone. I'm talking about the Moto Z. There, I can understand why they removed it, cause they nedded space for other things. At least I can charge my Moto Z with wireless chaarging and listen to music with the Type-C port at the same time. iPhone 7 still doesn't support QI-charge. Plus, Moto is really innovating with ther modules. Snap on a battery pack to charge your phone, AND listen to music.

Che, 11 Sep 2016Why do people like to complain? Strategically, iPhone 7 &am... moreStrategic?! You know nothing. If all tech manufacturer thinks the way you do mankind are going backward. Apple level of innovation is like, why not use match stick instead of lighter, more innovative and brilliant. Funfact, lighter is invented before match stick. Tell me this is 'innovative' or 'strategic'.

I like apple products and currently using iphone 6s....talking about iphone 7, i am just ok with the internal hardware upgrade...but the design....nothing great...not the best design ever...as if they have no more better ideas for the design...i still prefer the iphone 5s design..hope they do something amazing next year....

I have to choose both the options because it's the best iPhone ever like best of sony or best Galaxy series ever.

And yes, removing headphone jack is not innovation. I think they didn't mention this as an innovative step but as a 'courageous' step.

THE Best option would have been adopting USB Type C, that way users can have more flexibility using headphones as all the other devices including Android, Windows phone, laptop, Mac, PC are gradually adapting it.

But here you have a youtube video from phonebuff, showing a year old 6S kicking every single android flagship's butt, including the note 7. I like android but you've got to give it apple for providing much better optimization.

They should allow charging of the airpod with iphone over a single wire.

Or at least create an adapter like that.

But in gpu i think qualcomm has made a great job with the new adreno in SD820 i think it performs equally or even better than iphone but iphone will run game smoother cause of lower resolution.

They're so busy looking at paper specs, they don't realize the purpose of those specs. A faster phone in real life usage is all that matters. The purpose of a spec sheet is only to guide you. Not be the final verdict of a phone's speed.

Lame. If other manufacturers are criticised for doing incremental updates and design then Apple should be too. I'm skipping the 7. I don't wanna go back to late 90s/early 00s where headsets are proprietary. That's going backwards, not being courageous.

Not bad; I'm an Android fan and this iPhone does not look bad at all. If I were an Apple fan I would complain about two things... The headphone jack and no fast charging. People are expecting for Apple to release a super hyper impressive feature on their phones, and the truth is that there's not a lot of room of improvement as most possible features are already there.

I'm not impressed, nor disappointed, I think we just got used to this tech.

I didnt say others brand of smart phone but iphone is simplier to use. I tried to use my wife's phone (mi note) but it not suit me well.
