Anonymous, 11 Sep 2016stop complaining and be thankfulBe thankful? So you already paid Samsung almost $1000 for their supposedly highest flagship phone, and they gave you a budget phone for loaner. That's insulting. These are premium customers. They should've loan users the Note 5, or at least the S7/S6. Heck, even the A series is not as bad. But a J-series budget phone? It shows you that in reality, Samsung doesn't care about its customers.

Imagine buying a BMW, and when there's a recall, they loan you a Toyota Yaris. How would you feel as a customer?

Just to compare, Apple will loan users a previous gen phone (eg. if you request a repair of the 6S, they loan you the iPhone 6). That makes more sense.

Of course they'd have to tell the regulator immediately, especially in Asia with its rather strict rules. Samsung could be sued to the moon and back if they don't.

So much hopes for the Note 7 and it all went down the drain pipe, because of the dodgy launch. This is gonna cripple the sales, as many people don't want to wait for the replacement and go for something else (no Apple fans, not iPhone 7, most of the Android users want bang for the buck, which is completely contradictory to what Apple does).

Going to android I will miss all those apps made and offered for free by Apple (iWork, iLife) plus many other apps that do not exist on android. Moreover the iPhone offers an alternative to all Google apps. It is possible to get all google apps on the iPhone, too but if you don't like them as I do, it is possible to be google free. Actually, the very idea that going to Android the first thing I have to do is to set up a google account really puts me off.

It's skeptical if Samsung can 100% solve the battery explosion without redesign the mechanical structure in Note 7.

In another word, Samsung just do a quick fix in a very short time in order to able to ship Note 7.

Users have the right to know how could Samsung fix the battery explosion in such a short time?

You dont know what you are talking about so keep your mouth shut
jailbreak will never void iphone warranty so get your fact right and its very easy to revert it back to stock unlock Android (just factore restore will do the trick).

For android, if you root it then your warranty is done (more than 90% of manufacturers will void your warranty) and its not easy to unroot like how you un-jailbrak iphone meaning you have to know what you are doing.
Also some phones like Samsung, you wont be able to use S-pay / Knox if you root your phone once.

Get a real job and buy at least one of iOS / Android flagship phone... then comment again

Tmobile is offering the Gs7 for a loaner phone. Don't want that one! Although some retailers are lazy and don't want to go through the process so they discourage you into trading in your phone all together for the gs7 or gs7 edge, voiding the option to get the replacement device. I went to 3 tmobile stores one said keep the device they will have the new ones around the 19th I'm like ok sounds good I'll wait it out or go back to the note 5!
