Evidently, you haven't used any Samsung device from 2015 and 2016. Buy one, use it, and then complain.

Touchwiz no more lag like hell recently, I bet they optimize it already.
Even my friend's A5 works like a charm (Exynos).
Well, even if the s/w suck, there are always huge alternatives for Samsung products developed for us (I'm referring to community supports).
If the processor/chip took only 5watts hardly imagine it'll make it explode.

Since that alleged single core score is lower than the score of SD820, then it means the chipset is still under testing. It's too early to compare it with Qualcomm or Apple chipsets.

TouchWiz lags like hell?
This Samsung company only bother about hardware, and offers terrible software support and optimisation.
I rather go for HTC with smooth Sense

now, seriously, great specs but Touchwiz sucks, doesn't matter 6 gigs of RAM or 3.0GHz if keep that joke of software

Why do they say it like it's a feat? Even laptop CPUs hardly reach that clock speed. IF this is true, Samsung's merely compensating crappy CPU design with high clock speed to basically cheat at benchmark scores.
