Canada is not as backwards as the US and use exclusively GSM now that the last CDMA networks were transitioned to GSM. Canada should get the same versions as the rest of the world does. Why do we have to lose out because we are always associated with the US?

Gilda, 15 Sep 2016Specs and clock speed are worthless if the phone still lags... morenahh... my note 4 still run smooth.. since kitkat to lollipop to marshmallow still run smooth and the battery still great! don't assume if you don't have a Samsung phone.

Specs and clock speed are worthless if the phone still lags. And ALL samsung android phones lag a bit...some more than others.

That single core performance is quite low compared to that of an iphone. They need to improve on the per core quality. Well, this is an early score it might improve in the final build.

They can't have exynos yet in the US, they need some CDMA stuff which is only rumoured to be here in 2018.

almost fast as iphone 6. keep up running to 4.0ghz. you will see some light of iphone 7.

3Ghz?!? Insane! We are really pushing the phones to be full PCs but that fits in our pockets.
Anyways I want the Exynox variant back in Canada. The US made us loose it on the Note 7 and most Galaxy S7 sold here (only one carrier sold it) for the CDMA-Able SnapDragon.
I know it has a better GPU, but with Vulkan this difference is not yet useful. The Exynox does the job very well while saving more battery.

Still miles away from iphone 7 in terms of single core performance which in geekbench 4 is around 3400. Multicore is better and we did expect that topping the i7's 5500 score.
Big question mark obviously regarding the GPU performance and it's here where sammy need to up their game massively as apple is currently demolishing the competition.
