Samsung US apologizes for exploding Galaxy Note7 fiasco

Shortly after the US CPSC announced an official recall of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 smartphone, Samsung US has apologized for the whole fiasco. The apology came in the form of a video featuring Tim Baxter (President & COO of Samsung Electronics America).

          They also need to apologize to the countries they released their phone and give their customer compensation. Let's see bring the price to $350 and give them 512 GB free microSD card. That should be enough to make a peace with their customers. If not the customers should look other brands for better phone, safe pones and there are plenty of it like One plus three, Xiaomi mi5s, Xperia XZ, iPhone 7/7 plus, LG V20 and last but not least Pixel XL.
