Galaxy Note7 sales will resume on September 28

16 September 2016
By that time, hopefully every person who had a unit prone to catching fire will have replaced it with a safe one.

First of all, I find it respect less to talk about someone that has passed away in the way you are doing. No respect for this.
Secondly, I am not an apple fan, so for me no iphone 7! I will wait for the Samsung Note 7 with a new battery. Thinks like this happens now and then unfortunately. I am sure you remember clearly the bending iphones or the ones that had antenna problems. I also think you did not made any comments at that time.

what a step back has been, glad they're planning on resuming the sales but... my biggest concern is, they were lacking devices to ship before the battery thing happened (out of stock in a lot of sites and places) so they have to re-assemble the faulty ones and keep the sales? i'm just wondering the further delay it might have (hopefully they have all sort out)

Note7 is faster in almost everything exept of open the games(optimized for iOS)

The answer is obviously the blind samsung fanboys. General consumer in general will skip the note 7 because of the explosion reputation it has generated thanks to low class battery from Samsung SDI. Unless they bring the price down to $350 dollors and give 512GB microSD card slot for compensation people will mostly ignore the explosive 7.

And the so called "outdated" iPhone 6s/6s plus already beat the explosive note 7 in the speed test and the new iPhone 7/7 plus will trash note 7 which is already laggy as hell. LOL man your updated note 7 can't even beat 1 year old iPhone. LMAO.

The Point is Apple was going to sell a lot of Iphones anyways this Samsung situation is going to increase their sales even if its by a small margin. it definitely cant hurt, but Samsung bouncing back from this might not happen this year.
