Samsung is already testing Android 7.0 on the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge

Several listing of the phones running said OS were spotted on Geekbench.

This doesn't mean anything.
They were also testing....testing....testing....testing.... the Lollipop and Marshmallow and took forever to realease it, 4-5 months after google revealed it.

Sooooo, expect Nougat on S7 on February or March. They're more concerned now with Galaxy S8!

    its really good to see samsung working hard for its major update of android n . it just like samsung is trying to improve its pasts record of delay .

      I would change the headline into 'only now' instead of 'already'. As a leading smartphone manufacturer, Samsung should've already finished the testing. I hope we're not going to have to wait until February as we had to with Marshmallow.

        Will release it right after 7.1 then you will have to wait until next year to get it plus the ui will be different from the s8

          I saw the benchmark score for the Nougat S7 and S7 edge is higher than their android marshmallow.
