I think its upgraded version of famious Nokia 1100... Microsoft finally ditch windows mobiles and producing basic mobiles..

For those who want Nokia phones like these you can go for Nokia 230 (https://www.microsoft.com/en/mobile/phone/230/, http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_230-7771.php ), launched last year in Dec & is avbl. Also it is much better than this one or the older Nokia 225 (doubt this is avbl still)

There was a time when phones like these with 3G, Email, and Skype functionalities existed.
Nowadays, you need a massive smartphone to make a simple skype call.

                            Are people this retarded?
For a 37$ phone, what do you expect?
4k display and a 25 mp camera with quad core 3.2 GHz and 12 GB of RAM?
This was never meant to be a primary phone, just a burner phone or for people who don't want all that extra stuff or afraid to get jacked when they travel or something like that.
No one forced you to buy it.

Nice, this is exactly the kind of Phone I look for my work phone, to replace my Nokia C1-02.

When Nokia comes back and decide to re-release the Nokia N82 with updated specs and camera with xenon flash. I would buy it right away. I just loved that phone back in its time.

i think the issue is price. they want it as low as possible. its for guys who don't care about all the fluff. those who just want a basic phone. i might buy one for international travel for the battery life, and piece of mind when i go out that i won't get mugged.
