Anonymous, 24 Sep 2016Sucks that phones like this aren't avaliable in the US, $30... moreYou can always import it but it'll prolly cost way more than $300 at the end after taxes and fees.

Imperator Neubaticus, 24 Sep 2016Far from it. The note 7 will continue to be the phablet kin... moreThe main shame is their phone looks too much like an iPhone. If anyone saw me with it they'd probably think I wanted an iPhone but could only afford a cheap rip-off. The sad thing is that's who its aimed at in China, so they won't try to distinguish their phone the same way huawei does.

Imperator Neubaticus, 24 Sep 2016Far from it. The note 7 will continue to be the phablet kin... moreThey (or any other company) do not need to win 'Most Trusted Brand' or 'Top Reliable Brand' awards just to reach that status. The awards may come one day so great for those who purchase sorted through the most trusted or reliable awards won. But they do not need to come for a brand to reach that status such that for other potential or loyal customers, garnering 2nd or 3rd place would have been enough

              Lunch Mi 5s in India.

AnonD-515196, 24 Sep 2016Oneplus came fromthe oppo. Parent company.OPPO, VIVO,ONE+ all have same parent company, BBK electronics.

Looks decent, though front is iPhoneish.
No harm in giving it a try.

Anonymous, 24 Sep 2016We are looking at Note 7 and Iphone 7 killer here. Enough said.Far from it. The note 7 will continue to be the phablet king until an oem comes up with a better wacom stylus.

And the iphone will continue to have legions of loyalists who prefer simple, fast, and smooth over complex and customizable.

Xiaomi is a brand that still hasn't reached the status that commands trust and reliability. That's why it continues to be below the abovementioned companies and even huawei locally.

Sucks that phones like this aren't avaliable in the US, $300 for a sd821 and 6gb ram is a good deal. Guess there's always the OP3.

Awesome prices. But it would be nice if they paid a little more attention to software, and if they put a little more attention on structural integrity. Even if it was $50 more expensive.

But they don't care because they only care about the Chinese market :-(

I think Xiaomi and OnePlus are the most premium chinese brands. Better than Lenovo, Huawei, UMi, ZTE, BLU and all that stuff
