I think it natural because Samsung is not only manufacturing note series phones only, they have so many series like S, C, J, Z, E,... .. .. and mobile phone is only a small item on their products as we know mostly A to Z electronic items manufacturing on very large quantities.. so this problem is quite natural, if you care about one or two products u can maintain full control on that products.. . Anyway Samsung can recall second or third nd replace new one.. All the best u Samsung

-iam apple lover, and as a second phone I want to have note 7, I am sad what Samsung facing now :(

being a sony fan, i so hated how Samsung copy...but with dis, it very sad and feel awful I can imagine the level of panicking
they need to call it all loss

If this truly is a second batch of the phones, Samsung should really think about ditching Note 7 and issue refunds to everyone who wants it. Note 7 is a PR nightmare to them, get it off the market and focus on making S8 right.
