I think that there is no problem in this phone,
Samsung has sold so many note 7 phones around the world
If there is problem in all the note 7, then all note 7 be gets fire, this is not samsung s fault
This is the fault of samsung haters

The sensor needed to be changed. I am afraid to put it under water. When you have Samsung you do not have this kind of fear.

Nobody, 24 Oct 2016Hey shamsung fanboy sony known for its premium quality prod... more"sony known for its premium quality product" omg what a incredible joke Don't buy Sony mobile in your life forever. They are sold worst mobiles. They are cheating customers like Sony phone are waterproof and dust proof. I've purchased Sony M5 on 16 April 2016. With two months of purchase phone was submitted to service Centre 3 times for the issue of dust in rear camera lens. Still problem was not resolved. The service center people's not responds for customers' concerns and even customer service representative also not respond properly. They told our superior person will call back in 48 hrs but till I am not getting call from Sony. Sony mobiles is the 3rd class mobile manufacturing company in world and Vigneshwar Sony service center is the worst service center I never seen in life.

But don't you think, that many labs in US and all over the World working now on Note7 ''issue'', will not investigate this possibility first? LOL
GS7Edge has same sleek design with even bigger battery, though.

Not only Samsung, but also many labs in US and all over the World are clueless about what caused Galaxy Note7 'fires'. No one found anything wrong with Note7.
Can I ask you, to try to think a little !

I think it's a problem of internal design which causes poor heat dissipation of the system and which in turn increases temp of battery and it catches fire.

even though i also think there's something fishy about the whole thing... there's no logic on hiding the reason (if they really know it) no purpose whatsoever, anyone can guess saying it must the battery it must be the components but they need to figure what exactly is otherwise they can't assure it won't happen on the next series, having said that, i hope they make the best decision possible regarding S8 (and later Note 8) so they regain the lost trust from some of us ^_^

i think they 100% know the issue. The reason they haven't said they do is because it can affect all Samsung's, so would bankrupt them.

they are probably trying to find a way to blame the battery maker or some other part manufacturer to make them less guilty and pass the buck.

Maybe Samsung should ask help from Apple engineers? :)
