Im just responding to the majority of comments that relate to what features this phone has. Clearly, since the incarnation of the first 8000 series phones, the selling point is not feature. The bottom line is, the people that will own this phone are the people that can afford them.

This phone is out in Poland. You can buy it, I don't why it isn't in Nokia category. There are also many new phones, which aren't stated here. Take a look @: http://www.nokiausa.com/cns/results_frame/1,8393,styl=|feat=|prov=|ordr=3|fltr=1,00.html

      Hello guys,
I 'd like to ask someone of the lucky owners of Nokia 8800 Siroccco edition.
1.The mobie has internal memory 64mb,128mb or 1 gb?I read all the comments and I read about these 3 memories.Which one is the right?
2.It has or not a memory card slot?
3.The battery is the same or they put on a better one?
4.I read that the keys of the new keypad is hard to press. Is that true?
5.The menu is the 3rd edition of series 40?
6.It has,as it said, better screen and music player?
Finally I'd like to ask what does it mean the "TBC" and the "NA" at the carphone's warehouse site.the site also says that the new Sirocco does not have FM radio and infrared.I hope that's not true...Please answer me.
      Thanks!!

According to the link given they managed to keep up the weight at 134g. Nice - if you use your phone as a paperweight.
        Must be thick steel plates....

Slick and smooth. They've done it again, Nokia. I wonder how many people would be dazzled by this phone. With it's upgraded functions of 2MP, MP3 and even external memory (not to mention the 'stunning' good looks), with it's price (and much lower) you can have a phone jam-packed with latest mobile technology (like the N73, N93, K800 etc). With such a high price (guessing 700+ (UKPounds)) would this phone be worth it? I'm getting it no doubt, but will there be any regret?

The old 8800 was a JOKE. This might be more useful if they ad a card-slot. Micro SD slots take very little space. On 64MB, you can take about 20 pictures with that 2mp camera. Also, with no autodocus or manual focus, the 2 mp camera is wasted. No sense having large unclear pictures now is there? The phone is VERY expensive already why not add these functions too?

Wondering if it has the card slot or not? With 2MPx camera and well-developed music function, hope it'll have it :) or with 64MB of internal memmory only, these developed functions seem like a joke!

worthless to spend ur money on such a phone which has got d same features as v could get in any other mobile phone of nokia n- series, infact d features of some of d n-series phones r better than this crap, but so many people r going to buy it not bcoz they got money in their pocket but bcoz of d fact that they r intelligent fools
