Anonymous, 02 Nov 2016i have a s2 for a year before dyingand i have a galaxy note 8. And i've just replaced the battery at samsung service center. They finished it in 3 days, because the battery stocks wasn't ready.
The cost in dollar is just $61.

vaio services became bad, and then died.
now the mobile division services become bad (no fingerprint in usa,many bad after sales complaints, etc), and then lets wait what will happen.

Remember in alot every movies,where the hero is lose first but win at last,that sony situation,before this sony is beaing beat and laugh by apple,samsung and chinese ,but now sony get back and going to take a crown back....all brand start to shiver now...no body know when hero come back.. ;)
