4 Thumbs UP(including my feet's thumb) for Samsung! None of any other mobile company apologizes in front of media. They just simply accuse the user and say : YOUR BURNING IT WRONG!! Well .. I love apple though , but not the apple cellphone but the apple fruit ;)

If that's quality for you, then you have a very poor idea of what is quality.

Each mobile phone companies have their own fumbles (although a pretty colossal one with the Note 7). All I have to say is that at least Samsung (Shamesung for the haters) admits and takes ownership of their mistakes. Unlike Apple that says ... no our devices do not bend, or lose signal only if the user holds it in a death grip fashion, or we will never have bigger screens because 3.5" is the perfect size. I am not anti-apple or pro Samsung. I just feel each company screws up. It is just a matter on how well they can rise from being knocked down on their arse.

One thing is cle... moreI think there are different market strategy in the field, there's a lower , medium and for those who could afford higher end flagship like Galaxy Note and S series. Everyone have their needs to a certain functions and usage of the tech. No matter how good you are, there will be flaw but only lead to good thing, better tech and safer in future and not just Samsung will learn from this but many companies would aware of the consequence and build better future products.

Admit it or not, even the older S7 Edge is way better than iPhone 7 Plus. I have used the apple phones but nothing compares to Galaxy S7 Edge. Though I like my iPad, but still, the real deal on smartphones is Samsung. iPhone is good (though pricey), but Samsung Galaxy's Screen, design and functionality is better.

Sony is quality? pffft give me a break. Sony phones have the most software bugs. Water resistance? Sony didnt even cover my friends and my phone when there was a liquid damage.
