You better be sorry! That's what you get for being a copycat from Apple, then you call yourselves to be innovative? That's what you get on trying to get ahead with iPhone 7's release. Duh, if you care about your customers and your product's quality then you shouldn't have rushed it. That's what you get for overpricing your phones full of BLOATWARES and GIMMICKS. That's what you get for flooding the market with your crappy phones. we know that real quality is not your top priority until this happened. You got served what you deserve. KARMA!

They don't have enough time to QA the phones, since they announce new models every 1-2 weeks. They've been going quantity over quality for too long now, and it came back to kick them in the balls. Less models, more attention to details. I see a lot of people getting sick of Samsung's confusing phone releases. They may kill the Note brand (because it carries really bad PR for the company), but probably will stay with the phablet device. Call it Sketch, start fresh, make it decent.

Well...actions speak louder than words, so I'm gonna keep my reserve towards future Samsung devices until they will actually be confirmed as "safe". You all fanboys just white knighting in Samsung's defence all the time, not even trying to understand the point of view, that others may have.

The rest are being either capped at 60% battery charge (to prevent overheating) or rendered offline by carriers. Since they still don't know what was the issue, you probably won't wait very long to hear another hot news about Samsung.

I was one to purchase the Note 7 and loved it. Unfortunately it had to be returned. My options were get the S7 Edge or jump into the iPhone 7 Plus. I choose iPhone but really want a Samsung Smartphone given that the Gear S3 is becoming available this months and looks AWESOME. Same size as my Garmin Fenix 3 which I love.
