        well Samsung has a battery limiting update for note 7 to make the device unusable
        Seems like google is learning from Samsung after all

          My nexus 6p works fine . But after i upgrade to 7.0 developer preview i got this issue . No factory reset didnt help. When my battery get to 10 precent , its suddenly shut down.

            My next phone will be an iPhone, Android is too fragmented, Samsung and HTC and Huawai and Sony and..., and Google do not even give any security updates after only 2 years! I regret buying an Android phone and investing so much money in buying apps and games on this failed unsecure system!

              Huawei has the least product failures. One of the best SD810 android is Nexus 6p. No other company could tame that heat and performance. It is Nougat,the culprit. A bug fix will do the job. I still feel Nexus 6p to be the best android of 2015.

                  I had a similar issue with my Galaxy Note 4.

                              Huawei & Nexus, not a good marriage from the beginning. I am glad I was deterred by its awful look, and did not purchase it.

                                Looks like almost all companies have some smaller or bigger issues. Only apple can hide them and announcing year later usually.

                                  Google is solely focused on the pixel series now. They are not focused towards Nexus series anymore
