Apple think there superior with everything they do,but they just steal things from other suppliers and expect themselves to get the praise,just because Nokia were Struggling they couldn"t afford to take Apple to court,but Nokia now wants the money the deserve off Apple,and hope they do get there money back and show up Apple

And if your talking about 2-3 years old device then I don't care that it is cheap now. Who the f wants a 300 euro phone that is 3-4 years old model ? Samsun, Nokia, LG, Sony and others you get new to date with 300 euro model and has more features the apple phones have. With every android company you have low end mid range and high end device's where as iPhone is only high end price with low to mid range hardware device's with old features everyone use cause they cant copy others that much and wont want to pay for patent fee to everyone while if someone use there patent will get sued asap.

Nokia is the one that made fun at apple for launchi... moreNokia is responsible for a lot of cell technologies and is helping to pioneer G5.
Their OS did fall and with hard times MS took over. Now MS is actually the future. MS has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to the future, they just couldn't get it to consumers. They didn't know design back then. They had tablets before anyone else. It failed, was too complex and people weren't ready for it.
The flat Metro design is also a leader as others take to flat designs. Icons are an old design paradigm that has lived from the first xerox gui interfaces. Even Google is slowly adding different ui paradigms like their cards similar to what MS has had for a while. MS is also working on a better version of their design concepts for a 2.0 version.

Eh, theyr probably gonna lose anyways, especially for a company that has been rebranded, without Microsoft hands and whose infrigements like they said, are present in many mobile devices, including Apple. Better start suing HTC, Sony, LG, Samsung, Google while your at it and see how it goes.... as in down the drain -.-
Nokia, starting to look like a bad idea to ressurect anyways.
