Innovate new ideas, new patents. Defeat your foes on the mobile arena legally, reclaim your throne, then you use those old patents to suppress your foes.
Doing this now only see them as cry babies, dwelling at their past achievements.

Nokia lost the mobile phone market because they choose to be complacent.
Now they try to win some money back from old patents??
With that mentality, even if they win the patent trolling, they can never win the mobile arena, not when there are so many companies that try so hard, Samsung Sony HTC Huawei Apple etc etc.
Nokia is fated to fade.

I acknowledge Samsung is good when it comes to adverts and also creating awareness, but Nokia does better in terms of adverts and awareness. Other OEMs fall behind Samsung due to lack of awareness and adverts. Sony, Huawei & HTC build quality phones to outperform samsung but they lack the aforementioned reasons. The king of mobile phones (Nokia) is back. Samsung market share will be doomed.
