the basic version $1000 tag, still use sapphire glass, stainless steel (like vertu), hardware-level encryption etc.. still offer premium features compared to samsung batman edition although still sd653, but vertu model now has outdated SoC. Vertu basic phones at least $8000-9000, this Gionee still quite steal compared to vertu

with that price it makes both the iphone7 and the google pixel prices seem great, like a steal. No wonder why most rich people are stupid. Just buy something just because it costs a lot.

$2446? I would understand it only if it is built using the same material as Vertu phones. Titanium alloy, Sapphire glass, genuine leather, rubies, diamonds, gold and silver. That would justify its ridiculous price. If this is made from normal Gorilla glass and aluminum metal, no, no f**king way. Go die Gionee.

And ... moreProbably to give an even more insane battery life: the 821 is a bit of a power hog, but the 625 just sips stuff. I would imagine a usage time of 5 days easily, probably even 4 with some heavy usage. Talk time should be an easy 50 hours, probably over 60 even.
