2 power saving core fully optimize for daily task( browsing,sosial apps etc)and 2 high power core with hyper treading will be sufficient imo…

Why do they go with octa core again, it's so useless. Their last try ended up as a disaster ruining lots of top smartphones and bringing big companies like Sony Mobile Division or HTC almost to bankrupt. Apple has 4 cores where 2 cores are just used for everything more intensive and they still destroy chips like octa core Exynos 8890 or deca core Helio X20 so it should be clear that more cores are useless. Better use that space on the chip to make things like one or two much bigger leading cores and then a bunch of small power saving cores. And then also advert it as "dual core CPU with 4/8 power saving cores" and not "deca core CPU" so that customers don't get fooled like "wow this device has Helio P10 with 8 cores that means it's twice as fast as iPhone 7 Plus and OnePlus 3T with 4 cores and four times faster than iPhone 6s with 2 cores"
