I bet camera setup on both vanilla and plus (if exist) will be same. Even if they want some differentiation in lineup, they will save dual cameras for note. If they put dual camera in Plus and single in smaller then people will blame Samsung for copying Apple and hardcore Sammy fans will be hurt. It is not Samsung of 2 years ago, it is now in dominant position and won't hurt its reputation. Samsung is improving its brand recognition and reputation by having own strategy, product lineup which contradicts both Chinese and Apple and trying to establish itself as a trend setter. So I think nothing will be exclusive to plus varient of S8 except a longer battery life.

Glad to see the home button go, but moving the fingerprint reader to the back and not having it work through the screen is a bit of a let down. Still, I put the Huawei P9 and Google Pixel ahead of S7 because of the button layout so this is still and improvement over previous Samsung phones.
The logo on the front needs to go. It is framed so awkwardly.

Will skip if they insist on the Edge design. Not sure about the rest but to me it is a stupid idea to swipe the curve edge or done anything with that rounded edge.

I feel satisfied for the screen of size 6.2-inch finally it took years to see something great
