Although in terms of Build Quality, Camera Quality, Battery Life, Audio Quality, Software UI experience and most importantly AFTER-SALES, Xiaomi can Never exceed Nokia.
in terms of Software experience MIUI is pretty cool & good(i own Redmi 1s & Redmi Note 3) but they always have a lot of bugs, but considering their price point I always ignore those.
But when Nokia comes in picture that additional money that you give is pretty much justified, considering the awesome Software and services that we get

Microsoft didn't get all former Nokia factories. Foxconn needs assembly lines outside China not because manufacturing capacity, but because of import and taxes issues (ex. India, Thailand, etc).

How about reading a few articles on GSMArena about new Nokia phones? HMD Global? Foxconn deal with Microsoft to buy former Nokia factory? The deal between HMD and FIH Int. (a Foxconn subordinary)? Or at least a few comments below? If you ever had a Nokia phone- I don't care whether dirt cheap Nokia 1200 or Nokia N95 or 808 Pureview- you should be at least a bit interested. Read those articles. It just takes a few minutes. Or you are so blind to read? (thinking Oneplus 3 looks the same as Nokia 6 and Oneplus belonging to Foxconn...JUST LOL)
