G4M3R, 19 Jan 2017What about note 4/edge? Those are pretty ancient in the world of smartphones, Samsung like all other mobile OEM's are in the business of selling phones and I'm sure they'd want you to upgrade to at least the S6 series.

Samsung is like a mother who has a lot of children and couldnt take care of all of them. They release hundreds of devices every year (mostly low & mid range) and forget about them completely or should we say dont like to waste their time and money developing firmwares for those phones which obviously get sold more than the flagships.

I'm worry that they don't mention the note 4, I hope don't delay too much as it did with marshmallow . I think note 4 will get it because was mentioned before and because the tab s2 has same CPU and almost same components.

Samsung update always sucks. Not the latest version, crippled, lot of bugs. Been using note since the note 2. When my note 3 died, i just straight away bought the 7 plus. Still keeping my note 5 though. Hopefully they improved with nougat update or else i will ditched samsung forever.

What good are upgrades if Samsung cripples features. The Tab A with S pen was sold featuring Marshmallow but they disabled Adoptive Storage so you only have a few gigs of root storage (after they shovel half the memory full of bloat ware and useless "Samsung innovation" ) Can't wait to see what ELSE they screw up in Nougat...

samsung told us , they will update note 2 to android 5 but then they didnt !
so dont get so happy with this news they dont always make it !

They even released January security update on Jan 5 for s7.I even got January security update on Galaxy S6 now waiting for it to hit my old Galaxy S5.
