Hahaha not surprised at all! With a phone with a bunch of amovible parts.... more interchangeables part more chances to break... and ppl with a 800$+ device nobody want that

What did they expect? Android has become an extremely competitive market nobody is going to buy their phones if they keep selling their phones at price of an iPhone! (V20)

Remake Lg G2 with New Display ,Same design & size ,with 3500Mah battery or more with updated software and processor and don't forget to fix a great camera .The phone will again rock the market .

LG need to start listening to their customers. Especially LG Australia (yair small market but they truly suck at customer service and good marketing).
They need to acknowledge they've made a mistake with the boot-looping phones (G4, V10 etc) and deal with it. Then produce a phone that people actually ask for. While I love the V10 - despite that it overheats, has a shitty processor - its rugged design and great functionality should be used as a base for a better model using the same aesthetics and design. Instead they keep trying to re-invent the wheel with too many design changes in subsequent models.
The basics should be - rugged, drop proof, long battery life (or removeable), 2 x sim + ext SD (256Gb), headphone jack, FM radio, multi-band, keep the camera quality, easy to fix, large screen, and competitive with Samsung. They'd win the markets easy if they got their act together.

LG G4 and V10 wih boot loop issue. All hardware failure in less than a year. LG phones are crap in this regard and I for one is staying away from this phone brand. LG no more.

They left their coolness with g4 and v20..g4 was the top phone design they made with the leather back and the slight curvy shape..
They moved the sound buttons to side too which was iconic when it was in the back..

Sony phones are almost exclusively being bought in Taiwan at this point, bud. Sony is such a rigid company, in the US, another company holds a patent for the fingerprint scanner that Sony uses in their phones. Their solution, don't enable it for the US models. That really shows care for their consumers, now, doesn't it? And the fact that Sony makes the most profit-per phone in the entire Android landscape, that shows that they only care about their money, and not their consumers. Not to mention how bad their cameras are, considering that Sony is the king of cameras, yet only gives okay to downright bad cameras in their phones, and how senseless that is. Once Taiwan starts to realize how ripped-off they're getting, then Sony will be screwed.

One have to admire Sony executives who made very tough decision on retreating in the premium but sacrificing numer of the sold phones. In retrospective decision was right as they ensured profitability and Sony is with Samsung only not-in-red traditional mobile manufacturer.

IMHO, any random selection of 10 engineers from this forum can act much better than LG staff (also HTC staff). LG & HTC are the worst.

what would they expect creating yahoo phones that nobody want to buy. I am a fan of lg since Prada 3.0 and have to admit that apart from g and v series they got nothing!!!
I am awaiting g6 but if samsung really got all sd835 then lg again will end up having nothing!
i guess that asian market has better lg products but here in eu we have only g and v worth buying.

well if LG only launch phones the states alone they won't make no money I was looking forward to the LG v20 in the UK but no they didn't launch it over here so no more LG phone for me
