Most of people here complain about fingerprint scanner on the right side camera, hey i have Galaxy S7 edge and Note 4, S7 edge heart rate sensor is on the right side camera while Note 4 is bellow the camera, and Galaxy S7 edge heart rate sensor position is more comfortable than Note 4 heart rate sensor position. And S8 fingerprint scanner is replacing S7 edge heart rate sensor position.
I guess most of the complainer here never use S6/S7 so they complaining about weird S8 fingerprint scanner position .

if this is the case im both impressed and disappointed.
impressed because of the ridiculously slim bezels, but downright disappointed about the phones overall safety. The display is huge.. if this leaves your hand then the screen is bye bye.

At last..
There it is..
Samsung Galaxy S8 without that annoying Physical Home Button..
I was wondering "Till How Many Years the Samsung will carry that Front Physical Button, when every other phone like LG, Sony etc. have no physical button on the front."
And Today, I cannot believe my eyes.. it looks beautiful without that button.
Left Side Three Buttons..Vol Up, Vol Dn and BixBy Button, the AI Assistant similar to Pixel Google Assistant..??
Nice Curvelines.. Hope these are curved from all three sides, except from the top.
The Fingerprint sensor at the Back is welcome, but it looks very small. It may not accommodate a full thumb at one go. If it were round, than a rounded rectangle, it could have been better. May be this gets implemented in S9. Hope this does not have any battery issues.

Samsung is in a blind race. 1 drop and this phone is gonna get finished. why not make durable and sturdy phones instead of blindy copying a manufacturer just for the sake of beauty

There's no way that is an 18.5:9 aspect display. Measuring it up square on, the height is just a bit under double the width (so not even 18:9), and then you need to take into account that the width is wider because of the curves.
So by my calculations, the display is closer to 17:9. So if this is a proper render, then the leaked resolution/aspect ratio must be wrong. I really hope this is the case as I think 17:9 would be ideal.

Someone Else, 28 Jan 2017Not trying to defend the render or anything, but if I put m... moreExactly. I owned an LG G5 (much underrated btw) and found the rear fingerprint sensor ideally positioned. All said, it was below the two cameras, not to the side like on the Samsung.
i prefer LGs rear design.

This is definitely gonna make... moreSamsung recorded best quarter for 3 years even with note 7 drama but im guessing samsung will have pulled out a lot of stops to make sure this device rocks....i hope so at least....i want a pixel beating camera (S7E is still one of the best though 64gb base storage. Bigger battery and im hoping for a giant screen version to come alongside the standard size....for me screen size is a big thing if theu can fit a 6.2"display inside a current s7e almost :-)
