AnonD-2549, 26 Feb 2011ok but isn't face time only supposed to work on wifi or to ... moretrue Facetime only work on wifi, (if you don´t jailbreak the phone) , and works with iphone 4, ipod touch 4 , and probabbly ipad 2 and Mac computer, now, im calling about the quality of the app , not versatility, i can have Fring too and works fine, and skype, and nimbuzz... so , there is no problem for my iToy like you call it, by the way i choose iphone over other plattaform , because the great ecosystem that have (hackers and developers too) , great quality apps, for example, im a musician and i use ampkit, gibsons apps and a lot stuffs that , sadly this apps are not in other plattaform, and is more secure, that going for android before WP7 and Symbian ,so for me Nokia n8 is a great camera device, great for connecting with peripheral, but thats it, no interesting apps for me, no good browser, no the best display quality, no good email mannager, (really sucks) no good for typing ( at less u use Swype and with one hand is very hard to use it ) so for me itoy is a best option , there is a lot of improvment to make thats true, but i can tell you something since day one, no lags, no freeze, no random reboot, and this thing happens with my N8

[deleted post]It is a good site for the spec sheets and comparison but the reviews are good only if you're into what Phone or OS is popular at the time.

Nokia could improve this keyboard, however, still better than a T9... Swype on portrait will be good though.

Android or iOS update improves the "K" button on the virtual keyboard. Let's do a review of how it responds. Oh wow, the "K" button is snappy, it sure is impressive how the "K" button uses the 1GHz processor to it's advantage. You can now easily spell "King" or "Kim". Oh the Joy!!! Here's an in depth video of the update: Then you have a 10 minute full review on how the "K" button is improved. LOL!!! Biased websites like this one never cease to make me LOL!!!

                          I used Nokia 6630, N73, N79, E52, E72, etc.
I love Symbian. I love Nokia. Bcoz Nokia is best in the best feature of a mobile phone. Thats call quality n signal strength.

Now using N8. Its gr8. I love it. Its camera, multimedia capabilities r awesome. Above all.

I m not saying anything about Android or Bada or IOS. I used all of them but symbian is still my first choice. At least I dont need to hold my mobile in some creepy way to make a call.

                          Anyway,
Happy to watch updates coming. Nokia should keep on polishing symbian. I dont think WP7 for Nokia is a good idea. Elop seems to be a trojan for Nokia.

Well, I'm completelly sure of what I can do with my N8: Take GREAT pictures, record HD videos with DECENT audio and really smart digital zoom that doesn't stretch the image, connect my DSRL cam directly to it with the USB On-the-go functionality, watch my HD videos directly on my HDTV via HDMI with Dolby Digital sound, share musics via FM transmitter and etc!
I hope you don't get disapointed with your almight dual-core Android.

Boys, lets get one thing straight. Ideas don't fall from the sky, lots of technological firms copied other pioneers work too.

Back in 1984 Apple's Mac OS started a GUI revolution on personal computer, but you know what, the idea came from Xerox. Mr.Job was a smart kid back then but he was no GUI inventor, he saw the potential, incorporated and perfect it.

Microsoft Windows was born with a 'C:\>'. Bill Gates may be the richest guy in the world but he ain't the smartest. He had to borrow (or should I say copy) ideas from Apple/DESQview/GEM/X11...to start with.

Problem with Nokia was the silly management. Being the leader in mobile phone industries, it had the chance to start many years ago during the EPOC machine era to develop the technology. Because of the arrogant policies, the slow turtle quietly over taking the sleeping rabbit.

                                  The turtle won the race.

Aaron, 26 Feb 2011Nokia only bring technology that matters, hence the tagline... moreA dual-core-CPU-optimized-HD-game, maybe? Or heavy processing like advanced image editing? HD image/video processing? Browsing with heavy flash contents? What will you do with slow single core CPU? Playing a 3 years old game?
