I don't want to be an early adopter again and get promises that things will get better in the future through updates. I felt neglected on my X10 and SGS. The updates came delayed for months. I don't trust the Android OEMs anymore when it comes to timely updates. I will play it safe this time and go for the more polished iOS. With iOS, I am guaranteed to get updates for the next two years. With iOS, I will receive the updates the same day it was announced not months after Google releases it and after the OEMs put their skins on them.

AnonD-55, 02 Mar 2011First! Not worth it keep your iPad 1s people...agreed. would really like a SD card reader, usb host port, decent (3+mpixel auto focus) camera, and SIM card.

Without voice call support, 3G tablets are rubbish compared to mobile phones. Get a wifi only tablet and tether to you smart phone. yah yah, I know network providers prefer you to have to pay for two plans.

any news about costs and production of original Ipad. any chance of original wifi having price dropped.

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2011I'd rather get the xoom, ios is getting really stale, espec... moreWell yes and no. I still firmly belive that ios is the more polished os, lets face it, its easy to use and because you cant prick about with all the settings its much more stable. Android is brilliant, dont get me wrong. But you gotta see that leaving there software open to be developed by near enough anyone that wants to give it a go, it will become unstable. Its my understanding that the galaxy tab was plagued with glitches, and as soon as you downloaded something as trivial as angry birds it slowed down massivly. So its swings and roundabouts, on the one hand apple is reliable and clean, but heavily restricted. Or theres open and easy going android, which can be needlesly complex and develope alot of problems from tinkering.
      But thats just me

U r the 1st one I have ever seen complaining abt expandable memory when u get a 64 gb version which will make other android tablets look like a kid.
There is no way in hell that anyone would need expandable memory after buying a 64 gb version.

U r the one who is joking. A 0.7 mpx camera can never do HD video, it will be at least 2mp.
Gsmarena stated this - the camera will do only 0.7 mpx pics & HD video. They never said anything abt megapixels.

I own an iPhone4, but I consider the iPad an useless piece of junk. This is just a bigger iPhone, what's the use of it ? This should be more like a desktop experience, not some bigger iPhone icons.

I like what Google did with Honeycomb, this is what I'm talking about.
                    Now, isn't this magical ?

I don't thing the XOOM market is the same as the ipad, so you don't really need to put your charm out and pretend you never wanted the ipad anyway, there evolution wasn't that big after all, it's just an update... The best thing??? The white version, and the price, of course...

sigh ..I am very disappointed, the Honeycomb tablets are so much more complete, more connections, expendable memory via SD cards, a lot more newer features.

I thought iPad2 was going to be a new revolution, but it's just a little upgrade, there is only the camera and HDMI that the iPad1 didnt have, I was expecting a lot more from Apple :(

Apple Mobile products will never support flash bro. Jobs has a vendetta with Adobe and has publicly stated as much (no flash support). They are counting on HTML 5 taking over web animation. Bad move in my opinion because just when people started dogging Flash for battery munching they refined it and it's as good or better than HTML 5 now.

The best it's out I like samsung tab old one just for the size and flash support the problem even flash 10.1 some time not even working well and some time the whole page freez if the page contain heavy flash support so flash it's not big of deal any way.
