But I do believe developers need a push towards multi-threading indeed, it's getting way easier to add cores than making the cores faster.
Think of Rizen, it has about the same single thread performance per clock than Intel processors, and it took a LONG while to develop, without downright cloning the Core microarchitecture basis. Intel in other hand has stalled the single thread performance per clock since Sandy Bridge at least.

Thanks I rather defend a company that others need like Samsung and a company that pushes tech.
Its better than defending a company like Apple who just sue everyone every time and keep tech back insteading of moving it forward.

Oh men... I can just guess that you where born really recently, or you have no idea how market looked back then...
I would recommend reading a bit about that, I just give you a tip, that beside capacitive screen... first iphone was really, really bad, and Im just assuming that you never had it in your hand, because it had less features that features phone from lower shelf... also iPhone was not Apple "First phone" it was Motorola E1 :D just some history lesson for you.
As for Samsung back then... it was one of biggest company that make phones. And beside new opponent that take place of Nokia... nothing change actually. its still one of biggest companies that not only create devices, but support other companies, including Apple, by selling them components...

Eeee... again, I thing you didnt read your books, because you really dont know what about that legal war was...
Not to mention that Apple actually didnt made any of those patent... they just bought them... so yeah, much innovations...

This rumor of 7nm was already written months ago. That's why better to wait on the Galaxy S9 and Note9. This year is more of Samsung's tick year. I can imagine Samsung increases the battery pack again for next year like they did last year. Can't wait when the PlayStation 5 runs on 7nm. I would love newer handhelds like a Vita 2 and new Switch run on it too. 3 hrs SOT battery life is pathetic.
