First of all, Windows 10 Mobile was offline in 2016, Microsoft's last flagship it's the 950 from 2015. Remember that they are working with Snapdragon to make a viable full Windows 10 emulator for Snapdragon 835? They are regrouping for the introduction of a true desktop replacement phone in 2H 2017 or 1H 2018. Until then they prepare the software for such a phone in their pace... Of a snail.

If someone think that there is still chance for Microsoft in mobile business, it is time to face the truth - the facts are clear 0.1% market share.
Microsoft committed suicide with Windows phone 10 - still unfinished, lagging and crashing OS - speaking from my personal experience with Lumia 640LTE as second phone. The OS experience is disaster. No place in the market for such unbaked system.
      R.I.P. Windows phone

The bottom chart shows that for the three months ending in January 2016, BlackBerry had ~0.0% share, but that climbed to 0.1% for the three months ending in January 2017. Is that accurate? It would be a good sign if they are showing growth somewhere.
