Nothing surprising.The OnePlus3T here costs 520 Euroes for 64 gb variant but on the internet for 450$.
Also the LG G6 that supposed to cost 700$ it costs 800$ here.So go figure.
I won'ssssst be surprised if the Samsung S8+ costs 1000$ here

AnonD-8311, 24 Mar 2017u dont hear pple complaining about iphones, yet every yer t... moreThe XZ premium is great spec wise but it has major flaws.First the screen is crazy great in terms of pixels,like what is that UHD,it's looks like a better LG G6 screen and the battery is not even 3500 mah.I know the snapdragon 835 is really power and newest out there and is built on 10 nm which is amazing for battery efficiency but this screen will destroy the battery during gaming on high graphics.
If the Screen on the Sony XZ premium was like 1440x2880 pixels it would have been much better.
Also people love phones like Xiaomi mi Mix and the S8 looks really great with that screen.

Samsung is no longer the innovator, now that companies like Huawei have catched up we don't rely on Samsung only.

Paying $800+ for a phone? No thanks. Its not that i cant afford. I think its a waste of money. 6 months later the phone will be almost half price.

And for cars, we pay between 3 to 5 times the normal price of it compared to our neighbouring countries and can only keep it for 10 years (to use beyond this time frame have to buy the certificate again)...

I'll repeat what others have kept saying: if you can't afford it, don't buy it. Simple as that - there are other phones if you want a cheaper one.

Here in South Africa according to our exchange rate we pay well over $1000 for any top of the range phone. We earn less and pay more. It's typical of 3rd world countries.
