tonez210, 19 Apr 2017Plz dont talk about framerate on mobile . It doesnt really ... moreYes, in both app launch times and ram retention it is *destroyed* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Na0JRDMAoKM

It's not close in fact.

Also framerate matters loads to gamers even on phones. But my point was not that at all. My point was that iphones *dominate* in all speed metrics. Be it framerate, raw speed, ram retention, app lauch times. There's nothing that any android even comes close, just watch that latest test that compared an iphone with a bunch of androids: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OX4JucpvbJM

It man handled them.

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2017Faster in raw cpu performance? Apple chips compete using al... moreThey don't merely compete in single core, they *destroy* in single core. In multi-core they compete, but even there they are practically faster because even on android rarely do apps use all 8 cores so while 8 android cores vs 2 iphones core, android wins; 4 android cores vs 2 iphone cores, iphone wins.

So in the vast majority of times iphone wins.

There's hardly anything to complain about this considering the BEAST specs at a more than half the price of premium flagships today. The removal of audio jack doesn't really bother me that much.

Damnn..huge bezzel on top n bottom side is not nice... Really uninspiring design.

Any news on supporting LTE Band 20 (800Mhz) ? This is crucial for all Europe customers...I really hope Xiaomi learned from past mistakes

Also by battery if you meant screen on time then it's comparing a sub hd display with the one. Also I agree iOS has one of best standby times so it depends on your use

Lead2XL, 19 Apr 2017Too heavy for me compared to the Mi 5 which was a stellar 1... moreIt's more hefty because of bigger battery and the fact that it uses Gorilla glass 5 on both sides which is thicker than cg3

Why no 3.5mm audio jack? Now what to do of old earphones?!
Just because Apple does it doesnt mean you have to copy it. It is like following the donkey.

And I don't lie about the SE speed being stuttered.

Oh and by the way, Xioami copying Apple and removing the 3.5mm jack in Xioami 6 is a stupid move becouse while Apple does not produce and market any 3.5mm headphones separetely, Xiaomi has a wide selection of 3.5mm headphones, which will become uncompatible with their new top tier phone, and for this reason alone I didn't believe that they would axe the jack in their latest flagship. Oh well, I guess Xiaomi values a stupid fad much more then common sense.

Too heavy for me compared to the Mi 5 which was a stellar 129 grams. The new one is 168 grams, almost 40 grams heavier. Many other phones with a similar size display, like the Huawei P10 (145 grams), are lighter. Top and bottom bezels are actually wider than the Mi 5 because the Mi 6 is taller for some reason. Lacks the compactness that I appreciated in the Mi 5. Will probably wait for the Mi 7 now.
