Ok..Im not sure if this belongs here but i have a question and a suggestion.
Its about how you guys test the audio quality.
When it comes to the camera,we get served plenty of pictures and then a few videos as well. But when it comes to the audio quality we only get a table and a graph...Its good, but i dont think these numbers tell the average user much.
Would it be possible and practical to post audio samples as well?
Using the output minijack, connect it to a computer and record a 1 minute audio sample with the volume set to max.Using the same audio file for all phones of course.Maybe a untouched audio file and then a "this is how its sounds played off an hiphone 2x"
Yes i know it wont sound excaly the same and we all have different setups (speakers, receivers and so on) but i still think people would find it useful for comparing the sound and the loudness of each device.

How about some subgenres in "browsing":
- get information about a product you're about to buy
- knowledge base: wikipedia etc.
- language learning/improving (especially with Google Voice)

As well as 'special shooting modes', you might want to include use for QR codes or scanning barcodes.
You also seem to have completely over-looked wi-fi for internet usage, only touching upon DNLA.
And then there are newer technologies like NFC as well...

- Normal phone calls
- Audio call via internet (VoIP, Skype, SIS, ...)
Personal assistance
- Keep track of passwords, PIN codes, etc.
- (Foreign) Language tools like dictionaries and google translator

And guys, please don't answer how frequently you do this stuff with your phones HERE IN THE COMMENTS.
Just give us your input if the list is full enough, making sure there's a balance between the number of features and their importance.
Once we've made sure we've got all the important features listed, we'll do a dedicated POLL to get your input on their actual usage pattern. Thanks!

it's good to ask about user's info (phone model, age, frequency of phone usage,...)
and you could add how they connect to the internet with their phone(wireless,...)
and frequency of all the item you listed (internet,call,sms,mms,music,...)
Thanks alot gsmarena

Well one thing that is obviously missing is:
Old fashioned voice call
(even though I don't think I use it more than about once a week, I much prefer SMS)
You might split sms/mms/mail in person-to-person and person-to-many (distribution lists)
The gps could by split in navigation , map-orientation (like browsing what is close by) and georef of pictures.

things i do on a regular basis:
1)browse the internet
2)use GPS
3)listen to my few thousand tracks
4)text + call
5)email
cannot express the importance of a good, usable email client. For me, android is excellent for this. I also think the antenna on a phone varies from phone to phone and is overlooked.
incidently, i use my HD2 as a sat nav machine because the GPS chip is superb. everything else, i use the sgs
