Shouldn't making "normal calls" be included in the "Call and text message" area? People should be provided with as many options as possible in order for the survey to be more accurate...

I would add the ability to drag and drop files on your phone without the need of a special software and also to file browse your phone. Overall, I think it would be "Direct Content/File Management"

This is good. Maybe be a little more specific when it comes to gaming, like if we pay more than 2 bucks for games or if we just use free ones.

making *voice* calls seems to be missing.
That is the main feature of a phone, isn't it?

I know it's a bit of a BlackBerry thing, but as BlackBerry messenger is a fully integrated IM client, I don't think 'Chat on an IM network' really covers it - it's such an integrated experience. Can I also recommend that in addition to asking people what they use of their phone/how they use it, that you also ask them which features that they use they value the most. For example - I use email and I also look at YouTube videos, however, the later is of such minor importance to me that I could easily do without it, whereas email is the absolutely most crucial factor in having my phone.

VoIP is missing in my opinion.. As sometimes data usage comes cheaper than regular voice calls. This depends on the operators offer of course. Still I know some bunch of people who are using it currently and many are interested in it..

This is a great idea guys! Maybe add "voice recording/dictation" and something to do with "Weather"? Otherwise, thats a pretty comprehensive (and very useful) survey list you got there!!
