India has huge fan base for Xioami phone.True Xioami phones cost 3-5k more than the Chinese price,but it's the same price here too.Each day i see Indian youtubers excited to review their series and make speed tests,camera tests and everything.
All my Indian friends are satisfied with their Note 3 and Note 4 and Mi 5/5s series.Xioami's redmi note 3 was sold 2k and more units per day due to the major popularity in India and Xioami should be grateful for that.
Quite a stupid strategy not to release a phone that is loved by many in that country.

Xiaomi is primarily focusing on the price bracket of 7k-10k and 10k-15k, concentrating on the Redmi series. I think this decision of company is giving upperhand to the other companies like One Plus in the 25k-30k price bracket. They did'nt launched Mi Mix in india, which was a great bezzelless effort Xiaomi made. But, they are doing same mistake with Mi 6, if they have decieded not to launch it in India. If they decied, Mi 6 would be the first phone to have Snapdragon 835 in that price bracket. Looking forward for their, further announcement.

Nowadays these Chinese manufactures are selling phones with almost no parts availability and useless after sales service then why would I buy Chinese material. Doesn't make sense if it is a flagship phone with SD835 but no parts availability in future and After sales service. Its just use and throw kind of phones.

But similarly didn't you do the same research for the costlier phones before buying them? 30k is a pretty big amount per se. You did proper research for 15k device. Same effort can be put in 50k one right. Until reviews if xzp come out and battery life is confirmed I don't think it's a good idea to get it
