AnonD-472839, 28 Apr 2017Yes you are right Xiaomi didn't know that if we don't buy ... moreikr? I mean i know people who are paid less than me buy iPhones just 'cause they can (and probably to look rich or came from class). And i don't wanna get stuck with bloatware samsung flagships series either, which is of course released worldwide. I got the Mi Note 2 which is a superb phone but too big for my hands and pocket, which was unfortunately had to be bought overseas thanks to a friend. This Mi 6 is just enough for me to use in probably 5 years or more. But alas, real Xiaomi flagships don't get released here in india and we stuck with low and midrange Xiaomi phones just because they think our country is poor. Us indians should boycott their products.

The reason why mi 5 was a flop because of the pricing... The 3gb/32gb version was launched in China for around rmb1899(19k INR) but in India they launched it for 24k....

5k price difference is too much... They should've launched at the same price as in China... The same applies for mi6, it's launched for 25k in China and the price they'll have to price it over 30k in India, at around 35k OnePlus 5 will be launched and so there's no point of sucess. If they launch it for 25k as in China, then the sales would be higher....

Mi5 is available for 14k in China now and it costs 22k in India now.... Indians aren't dumb to purchase by paying extra
