Am I to understand then....
If you can't beat Sony Ericsson Mr Apple iPhone then COPY US.... hahahaha.....
Shame the Xperia Arc, Xperia Neo, Xperia Pro all have this already and will cost significantly less.... I hate Apple's arrogance as people will pay over the odds for really a smartphone that isnt worth the price they charge!

i love how ppl are already saying that some phone are gonna be better than the iPh4 when we dont even know all the specs
and no matter what specs the galaxy s2 has it still has one major flaw atm and thats android
its all good having all these dual core processors but what will use it (other than 1080 recording)
the thing with all these android devices it that all the manufacturers can do is pump out phones with higher specs the have next to no control over the software.
and that why apple do well. they get decent hardware from the other manufacturers put an amazing iOS then wrap it up in a sexy package. apple is more like google than it is like samsung

I hate the iphone as much as i hate the nokia. Wifi is almost useless it rarely connects. Bluetooth cant send or receive a photo. I really hate the iphone. Typing this from my iphone 3GS...

although the great amount of apps and quality specs apple i phone sucks balls compared to other smart phones out there due to the restrictions such as b/tooth, video calls, itunes etc... definately will be looking for a new phone,, anything but apple....

Because it was unique. They even made the wrong move joining with Ericsson, because they again lost a unique feature of their cellphones - the design. Look at CMD -Z7 and you'll see why.

i think v should respect every company, who contribute his max effort gives us a piece of mind and enjoy great gadgets ...i always respect sony b,coz sony introduces us many many great gadgets.. there is no wonder that apple use sony's cams.... i love sony... please keep going ..there are sony have a lot lot lot lot lot of number of customers who repect and love SONY

i can't understand that why people under estimate to sony.. sony is the one of greatest company.. have have much bigger portfolio then apple..sony's camra,sound tech, display tec is far far better then apple nokia and samsung...in mobile tech sony gave us great piece of techlogy then any company...don't don't under estimate plzzz

So what did Sony do with the SACD? They developed the standard with Philips (just like they did with audio tape and CD) and generously left the production of high end SACD players to Denon, TEAC (Esoteric) and UK companies. So what is this? Some sort of mp3 madness, induced by iPod? What Sony was left with was just that: mp3 bombboxes( I deliberately wrote "bomb" instead of "boom") They ditched their own standard MD, too! The same's been going on with BluRay. Call that whatever you like but to me this is nothing but a downfall heads on. And I bet Mr Stringer's phone is not SE, but iPhone and his computer is not a Vaio, but MacBook. What a pity.....

This guy they're having now doesn't even have the proper education, he's a military man! What has he done for Sony? Anything good? Since he leads Sony, they've done nothing but fall deeper and deeper. Where are the S-master amplifiers now? Where are the ES series 1 of their kind multichannel CD players? Where are the products in audio thta made Sony so revered in the past? Gone! Their product line now is nothing but a miserly bow to Apple, iTunes and lowly class components. Nothing more. Sony have been losing their japanese roots and this is the reason for their downfall. Instead of creating new and improved products develop better standard (the last thing they did was Super Audio CD and that was centuries ago) they keep on diminishing their product line and contend with being just good enough ... What a misery for the comapny that carved the stepstones of audio and visual evolution ... Misery and pity, really ...

Cybershot on iOS.... an exciting combo on paper, but how would it fare in the real world? This appears to be more about whetting the appetite of die-hard android fans for iOS main course, with a cybershot appetizer and dessert rolled into one. It's not exactly about converting existing cybershot faithfuls to exchange their cossetting android world for some dazzling iPhone5 iOS magic. Clever but confusing! But if cybershot is the attraction, would you choose an iPhone5 over a comparable Sony Ericsson Xperia? Time will tell if you made the sensible choice

If the new iphone 5 really get a Sony's camera, I know for sure that the iphone's camera is going to crush the galaxy s2 in the camera's department big time! the iphone4 already has a better camera than the galaxy s so just imagine having a camera from Sony.
Sorry Samsung and LG but it seems you will be having the worst cameras! Iphone 5 + SE phones + Nokia N8 all will be better than you, well you still have good screens so don't worry about it :)

And abot the retina display, its stil unclear! Mayb it wil have the same res, as it hasnt been increasd in ipad 2! Mayb the chip isnt strong enough!
