This phones gets 807PPI. That means that more than the quarter of the amount displayed on the phone will never make it to your brain. That means it's just stupid to watch anything on it that's at a 4K resolution.

I would consider it if it had wireless charging and the camera UX and performance equalled or bettered Samsungs recent phones. I do like Sony design and speed.

You are wrong. i'm indonesian. to be honest, most people in here avoid sony, because of its very bad reputation in terms of aftersales services. im not samsung fan, but the truth is.. most common users in here trust samsung, because it provides good aftersales services.
and other users prefer cheaper chinese brands like xiaomi oppo, vivo, etc.
sony has been de-focusing its market from indonesia because of that. Z5/Z5p was the Last sony phone sold in indonesia, the X series are not "officially" sold in here (but we still can buy the black market versions easily).

There is almost negligible market for Sony in India and China =2.7 billion. Only countable markets are..... Japan, Gulf and Indonesia and Malaysia. (though they are also big markets). And eourpe also a big market. But it'd logical that FP sensor in US would have made a difference. 10% more sales makes a big difference.

You can buy any compatible VR headest out there, download any VR app or game and enjoy VR on this 4K screen of XZ Premium.
Daydream is just Googles VR Gear....
And any other VR headset out there is just like VR Gear or Daydream, providing Googled VR for any other phone out there.

Only Sony know how to design a solid phone. My Xperia Z2 drop the first time is fling from a table bar position when I listening nice music (I place the phone on the table bar and walk away, suddenly the earphone's wire fling out the phone) and I am worry on that time but when I check the condition of the phone all is fine nothing happen and the phone still safe, and already updated to Marshmallow android version, this is the first drop the phone with longest loud dropping sounds. I remember the second time is when I awake up from my bed I saw a shadow fly over my body and thrown onto the floor with deep impact (really loud), yes the shadow is my phone, I am worry again, but when I check the phone condition it is still fine just the frame corner colors fade off but the frame is (nothing change) sturdy to protect the whole phone untill now. I have drop my phone over 10 times some simple some major drop but still fine.
(I only have use one piece tempered glass to protect the phone, doesn't use any protector case.)
I have use Samsung before, and cheap material always lighter. I know what I want is quality. Afterall Samsung never in my wish list.
