have had very poor experience from sony service centres with a z1...thats the only thing that kept me from buying and xa instead of a zenfone as my secondary phone...

There is only one disappointment with Sony, if they want to compete with the likes of Samsung, Apple, and others, Sony needs to make their available to all wireless carriers. If not Sony should shut their doors and come up with new innovation and technology that will appeal to all masses...
