AnonD-666047, 01 May 2017I've been a Samsung user too and I did not regret getting r... moreWhen was the last time you ever purchased a Samsung phone.? For your information, from S6 every samsung phone is perfect. I am a Samsung phone user for long time from Galaxy S2 to be exact. I frequently change my phones because I like to test every phones. So I know what I am saying.A lot of Android OS's so called features first appeared in Samsung phones. Android was always been a heavy OS . Samsung was actually adding things missing in Android. That is why Samsung is so famous. Unfortunately hardware available wasn't enough to run that much features. From S6 finally Android reached to a point where Samsung own features can co exist with Android OS because of the powerful hardware.
So don't say it lags crap. If you can afford just buy one. I am sure you can afford S6. Samsung Note series was always been great phones. I am not gonna buy S8 but note 8. I have S7 edge and LG V20. There is absolutely no phone available in Mobile phone industry as useful and feature rich as note 7 but that failed because of the battery . I know a lot of people waiting for note 8 like me.
And for you sir, buy S7 edge or S8 to know Samsung phones. Note 8 256 gb with Dex is my dream....

On the 3rd year i sold it. Now im using note 4. Bought it a year it was released. So far so good this phone is still fast. I just learned that don't do software updates without reading others experience on it. This has kept my note 4 still fast.

I'll never go back to using Google Play Music, Chrome, Photos after using Samsung Music, Internet and Gallery. They're all more functional, less buggy and have much nicer interface than Google's bloatwares.

Where are the people saying Samsung will go bankrupt, and the S8 will be a flop and not reach galaxy S7 sales?
Do they say this every year about Samsung, but keep quite when they know they are wrong?

AnonD-77443, 01 May 2017Ha ha there is always one Samsung hater who goes on about ... moreI've been a Samsung user too and I did not regret getting rid of it. I'm just so tired of the bloatware and having two things of each (there's Google stuff but there's also similarly useless Samsung branded identical stuff that you can't even delete). I mean seriously, why? There's no freaking need for two voice assistants, two pays, two organizers, etc. I really pity Samsung because they have amazing specs, but can't live to it. With all the useless things on there eating up the performance, it gets really laggy. And their resell value is OMG abysmal. Not worth buying flagships from them. After a few months you get this laggy, incompetent phone which has degraded value even more than half of what you originally paid for it.
Samsung basic phones are OK, but flagships? I'll pass.
For Android I usually tell people to buy something else. Get a Huawei or something. Much better.
However, I do love Samsung airconditioners and washing machines and refrigerators, yes.
