AnonymouseX, 09 May 2017Ah the super desperate OP fan OnePlus just cheated, you ca... moreYou disco-inferno'd him.

          Pardon limited technical knowledge. Why
Is the Xiaomi Mi 6 missing in the list?

Lolz, people are talking about benchmark cheating when it was only on one firmware. OOS 4.0.3.
Everyone seems to have forgotten that when the 3T was released it was still scoring 165000+ on AnTuTu...
Anyways benchmarks don't automatically equate to real world use. I'm more interested in the consistent sustained performance. S8 seems to not thermal throttle badly at all and is consistent. OP5 should strive for this imo.

ow how wonderful to see al you guys jumping ship and saying that these benchmarks are shit or they are fake or they don't mean anything.

Some of you guys are blaming oneplus for cheating and them being bitches about it.
Well i can remember that many others did the exact same thing and you don't hear anyone about that anymore.
Maybe it is probably just because it was recent but damn stop you stupid conclusions without any proof what so ever.
AND YES I have a good damn 3t and it is freaking fast and I DON'T f***ing care a single freaking bit what processor is in the next one as the current one is plenty fast.

For the guys saying that samsung is only worse of in the benchmarks because of the software, so what ? what does it matter if it is software or hardware ?

Please why don't you guys just go live under a rock for a bit and come back out when the phone is released and everything is tested and benchmarked by the tweakers and hackers who can figure out soon enough if anything was cheated.

Till than please keep all the hate and fanboyism for yourselves and wait for the final result.

You guys aren't making the market any better nor are you guys heros that will make mobile world a better place.

              just wait and see.

              -- end rant --

well looks like the phone is shaping up to be quit awesome in specs.
Pretty curious if they can keep this up and stay true to these specs.
Even more I hope they keep the pricetag at the same place as the current 3t

Frankly, these scores are not scoring. OnePlus has been known to "extract" the maximum scores from their chipsets. Whether it's using software optimizations or benchmark trickery, I don't know.....

Never cared much about these scores because they don't stack up to real world performance. It will come down to speedtests and overall experience to tell which phone is better.

Well i guess it may surpass by even more margin once official firmware release. These can be faked easily but we already know how capable is OP3/T so i won't be really surprised. They have history of best optimization.

And it's not highly optimized, but rather the super light OS and very powerful hardware, but aren't synchronized together as Google or Sony

+1, Oneplus have a very recent history in benchmark "optimization" in the 3T. Unless confirmed otherwise, I am going to take any benchmark scores of their devices with a bucket of salt.
