Big phones are big sellers, but the definition of "big" keeps growing.

My S7 for me is the maximum size for a phone, I use it together with my iPhone 6s and zuk z2. Larger than that, I would get a tablet instead. I have used 5.5inch phones,
such as iPhone 6 plus, moto g5 plus, A7, Lg g4, and some 6inch phones, but I keep coming back to the smaller ones because of portability.

Anonymous, 14 May 2017That would be the equivalent of a near-side bezelless X Compact.Yesss!! A fine successor to my Z1 Compact that I will keep using until there's a modern equivalent. :)

Any size which can fit in on average 5.7 inch phone

This is a pretty lame poll.. Starting with 5.2 inch screen? Seriously? Acting like big screen is the way to go... Can't wait for people to start carrying their tvs for calling and checking twitter...

Less than 5.2". Or if the screen is 5+ then it has to have the footprint of a phone as small as 4.7" or less.

The phone using experience is worse and worse nowadays. You need to charge your phone 2 or 3 times a day, you cannot use your phone with one hand, and you have no headphone jack. I don't enjoy using the modern smartphones at all. The smaller sized phones all have crappy specs. I don't understand what is wrong with the phone makers.

I chose 5.2" because that was the smallest size in this poll, otherwise i would have chosen 5" but that option was not included

I can't vote because the ideal size is 5.0" or even smaller. I have a Nexus 5x with 5,2" display and the display is too large.

Please do a poll with aspect ratio (16:10, 16:9, 2:1). I do not like this trend of elongated phones. I wonder is it really what people want.

Well I think going over 6" isn't problem even up to 7.8" (based on calculation with current 6.5" 16:9 ones as a base) but with 21:9 aspect ratio (at least it is a standard & not something funny like those from Samsung and HTC). & I do think we will need some bazel's on upper and lower sides at least till we use fingers. I would stay 7.33 with almost none side bazel's for peple with larger hands so that they have operational one hand grip & 6.84" (based on 5.7" 16:9) for those with normal size hands those who more prefer more compact ones would stay on up to 6.24" (based on the 5.2" 16:9)...

Smartphones need to progress upto 6.5 inchers. And making the aspect ratio wider is clearly a stupid thing to do as Samsung has done. Both the length and the width of a screen matter for a good experience. Infact the aspect ratio should be 16:10, a much better option than the old 16:9. For example if a person wants to type in landscape mode clearly 16:10 will be better. Also an increase in length will ensure a wider view in portrait mode.
