i think Apple is little afraid or somekind like that, Samsung is the most powerfull competitor 4 apple with all the DROID ARMY'S. But samsung do d right thing, just follow d market like, then u'll see.
Iphone is great but samsung make the Galaxy's more great n worth with d money we paid,with d same n maybe higher specs. Apple need 2 realise that samsung is d supplier 4 most of goodies that Apple use 2 produce their gadget.
Design n 'inside' is familiar but not same. Sony ericsson is more inovative about design,not trying 2 copy another gadget style. Nothing is perfect,there's always will be wrong thing

They might as well sue any manufacture who makes a phone that has a touch screen, a button below the screen and is rectangurar in shape.

Ok,apple's gonna lose this bigtime,just imagine if samsung drops all deals with apple? True it will affect samsung but apple will crumble to dust without hardware. :p

That's true, Samsung is copying the iPhone's design, but not quite sure about the icons... How about Symbian Anna it also has the same icons shape..?
back to the topic, Samsung is obviously copying Apple's design..the evidence is the Galaxy Tab and Galaxy S.. Samsung, envy much?

Biting the hands that feed you.. That's what apple doing right now or is apple running out of options, as samsungs eats away more and more of it's market share. Soon people will realize that it is better to buy a samsung phone with samsung parts than to buy an iphone with samsung guts.

Or maybe Apple is just worried that their latest bling - sorry I meant phone - does not stand a chance competing against the capabilities of the Galaxy S II.
I own the Galaxy S and although it is already 1 year old it still amazes me with its speed, performance, user-friendliness and capabilities. I cannot begin to imagine how sleek the experience will be with GSII.

F&%$ing apple is not going to do anything they will probably fail. Ive seen like 100 different phones that had stuff iphone copied But this will probably delay the galaxy s 2.

All Apple is doing is trying to steal some thunder of the Galaxy S 2 Launch. Apple know that Galaxy S 2 is pwning them big time and the iphone 4GS/5 is no where to be seen.
