Apple is right and the evidance for that that Samsung even android are trying to copy their style , if you didnt use apple beofre use it then talk!

Apple and Samsung both clearly stole this design from LG!. Unbiased sites will point out that Samsung could never have completed production within a month and both Samsung and Apple copied LG (http://www.veracitek.net/blog/2011/04/apple-again-throwing-stones-from-a-glass-house). I have them all. The facts just don't look good for Apple here.

ABOUT TIME! Samsung has been copying things from iPhone for the longest time! People just don't admit it coz there are more samsung owners because it's cheaper WTF

Here comes a sucker punch from apple !!!
as i see it the reason behind it is apple wanted to postpone galaxy s2 release till september n there should b a clash between the release of iphone5 n galaxy s2.
if samsung gets 2 release sgs2 in may all eagerly waiting iphone5 customers will rush 2 get their hand on sgs2 so apple wanted 2 stop that.so the reason they gave although was irrelevant but the real reason might b this.
but now in respond samsung has stop selling hdd's 2 apple which according to geeky-gadgets samsung has sold components of $5.7 billion last year only 2 apple.

Of course this is not because they are mad that they have to pay Samsung so much for the components that they use to make their products how shall i say it magically.
Of course Samsung could just say to them ok we will drop our prices and then Apple will be happy and not drag them through the courts.
I am sure someone as Samsung is just itching to tell Apple where to go

apple is just sour because Samsung is becoming the household brand in the mobile phone world and doing super fine,and they (apple) are not doing so fine,they must not forget that they have a lawsuit on their own hands from "borrowing" technology from nokia if u ask me i've got 2 words SOUR GRAPES

Interesting politics Apple is using against Samsung as leverage. What people need to understand is that this is business and has nothing to do with the companies being mad at eachother. One big player in the market wants leverage over the pther for some reason. That's it.

Samsung bringing out Galaxy S II, THE most technically advanced phone at the moment.
Apple bringing out iPhone 4 White, like the original iPhone 4, but white.
Apple have nothing on Samsung with this lawsuit. You can't just sue someone claiming they copied your design, it will be very difficult to prove this even if it is true because in actual fact Samsung could have reached this design 100% independently.
I hope Apple fails miserably, they are bad for the mobile phone market. The iPhone is great, but I hate everything the company stands for.
