Apple stole the design and idea from a company called Seimens-Benq. SQ made the first idea it was called the Black Box. It was about 3.6 i think inch OLED not coloured dual screen from the back and front appareantly apple stole the idea and coz its a monster companey the evolved that idea and make it better. But still SQ was the first to make it and btw apple lanched its phone just before 2 mounths of the launch of the black box so the company went into bankrupttt and closed 4 evaaa and now those freaks and suing sammmy go to h3ll apple :D

No. It's an Nvidia chip. It's the same case with Apple's chips. Apple designed the chips and Samsung manufactured them. Samsung's fanboys found out about this and started calling the Apple designed chips like the A4 and A5 a Samsung chip. It's a misconsception passed on from one Samsung fanboy to another.

There are so many phones looking like Iphone check every manufacturer even Htc but Galaxy S has the biggest succes, a real Iphone killer...that's why they are so jealous about this beauty!

Sounds like apple is jealous that samsung has brought out superior products. The galaxy s is iphone like, but so is every other phone that is just a big screen. The s2 is similar, although better looking, to the iphone 5.
Apple is just being a hater.

Wrong. Those chips are definitely Samsung. And as far as performance goes, the cpu itself is not always quit the fastest but in a whole the samsung chipsets are superior and far from slow in the cpu department. Well They are obviously are not complete idiots in all ways or we wouldnt be dealing with this situation. Only problem is they are not very smart either and are making some dumb moves.

It's a custom chip and not an off the shelf like Tegra. Apple can take their design to another manufacturer and Samsung isn't the only one capable of manufacturing them in massive numbers. Apple isn't stupid as most anti-Apple thinks.

Jobs is doing the right thing. Because Samsung does not have any creative thought. They've always been copying what apple do. Smartphone, tablet PC, and the galaxy player...What they think they are doing? What if Apple doesn't exist so far, do you think Samsung could make Galaxy S or Galaxy Tab? I don't think so...

Just because there are other options does not mean there are better ones all the time. And you just confirmed it anyway. So icraps are made of sammy parts yet apple is sueing them for copying them?? How does that work. Plus the galaxies perform better. And the hummingbird was the most powerfull chipset til the exynos.... so eat it fanboy XD

LG had that look on the LG Prada, first shown in september 2006 (known then only as LG KE850, my guess is that the Prada branding is the reason it took so long to hit the market).
So even if Samsung copied Apple, Apple copied LG, and therefor has no ground for a law suite.
The US goverment should really do something about this situation.
Its hurting the capitalistic system. On ly the big companies can afford to protect themselves. And even then the reason for the law suite, as the article states is often about getting good business deals, and not about protecting their own rights. And just because, companies thorws lawsuites, that dont really hold up, but use it as leverage.
And the US patent office really needs new, stricter guidelines.
