14 May, 2011

The price on both is too high. Hope after 3-5 month these phones will be with 100 Euro cheaper than now.

I would very much like to buy the Nokia E6 but not with that price!!! Dream on, Nokia, if you think anyone will pay that much for a phone like that.

I really hope Nokia does an E5 (or maybe it will be the E4 since we're shifting the numbers downward) as the E52/E55 never saw a NAM release and are still pretty difficult to find even in their Euro specs. I'd love to get my hands on a nice T9 business phone, and the E52 would have been perfect. Here's hoping the next iteration of that form factor isn't too far off.

that's a normal High end Nokia phone phones pre-order prices ,wait till the handset's release .

Symbian is a nice piece of software totally compatible with the hardware ( i would call excellent mobile os ) but it has got features more than functions .

Nokia is a very reliable brand and every penny spent on its mobile is worth it .

                        serious Note :
Android is present and WP7 is future that's why Nokia choosed it over
                        android .

i agree with eddman. I remember the pre-order prices of my n95 and 5800 express music which were higher than the price after the release dates and 6 months later.

All phones, even androids, are priced insanely high during pre-order. When they get released to the mass market, their prices will fall. Get real.

Bottom line is 1 ghz or 600 mhz will lag without good reception...=).

Symbian isn't dead knuckleheads. Symbian Anna and Symbian Belle are the two new symbian OS for nokia, along with meeGO and specially windows.

a 7 years old Symbian user posting comment here...

I don't see anything Symbian have advantage over other OS like iOS and Android... but I saw a HUGE advantage of those 2 OS over the old Symbian... Symbian is good.. but that is 4 years ago story...

Nokia CEO said, the ECO system that Android and iOS having which the Symbian cannot match.. some more Symbian still STUCK @ ARM11...

Don't repeat those "Symbian do not need such high hardware spec".. iOS in the iphone 3G also run in pretty low spec, Android Froyo 2.2 also run well smooth in an ARM11 Galaxy ACE etc phone...

the amount of developer developing software for Android and iOS are well well surpass Symbian...

like it or not, the end of Symbian are much nearer than iOS nor Android... Else, Nokia no need to work together with M$.. that is a fact which no way u can argue..

Keep spending more $ on Symbian, than you have make it stay longer.. :) wise or not.. another story...
