I really don't get those ppl saying that Xiaomi copied Samsung. Mi Mix was launched MONTHS before the S8. Just sayin'.

      the difference between this phone and s8 is the brand name , they should sign a contract to Samsung as a sister company

        So, the remaining obstacle now is the front camera it seems. For selfies, a rear viewfinder screen could work, but not for video chat. Since a front camera usually is lower spec, and thus smaller, perhaps a popout front cam could work, though waterproofing may be hard.

              What ever Chinese may do with prescion, and latest innovations, still they can not superseded Samsung HTC Sony etc. This 750$ set might not sell, as S8+or V30 etc. Even they have lesser screen ratio. Even shit of leaders, is better than Chinese top shots, it's what Europeans have matured

                  This phone is drop dead gorgeous! Thin with still a fat juicy battery. Curves that are done perfectly, not like Sammys, reflections galore. No annoying cutouts. If this can improve it's camera, this will be phone of the year!!

                          Pop up camera on board? That would be impressive on top of the design.

                            That's gonna make it the most expensive Xiaomi phone to date, I believe.
