As well as there is a difference between being a hater and being able to factually see the reality of the situation and not being fooled or silent about it.
And the whole sd card lag thing has been so severely over played and exaggerated since the S6.
It mostly holds photos, videos, and music. And are not always that slow. And most people don't perceive transfer times on sd cards as lag in the real world.

and bcos USofA didn't like it, nokia started doing dumber things (as if low end hardware in flagship phones wasn't dumb enough already) - apparently american's are the central point of this world!

Hmm. My first laptop, in December of 2002 (a Gateway no less), had a whopping 40 gig hard drive. At the same Gateway store (yes, Gateway had stores in that era) 32" plasma flat screen TVs were selling for $4000 (later reduced to $2800 before this store, sadly, closed) My vintage laptop still works to but I require an Ethernet cable to plug into my Xfinity modem. When I fire it up every now and then it's like a time capsule from the early 2000s.

And companies like Apple (who is always advertising insane speed and performance and has a f**kton of haters) can't really risk it. And it is because of similar reasons that Google, Oneplus and Xiaomi don't put the card slot in their flagships.

It's the stupid average customers fault, not the phone's. micro sd slot is a feature, it's up to the user what he puts in it. Not having a feature is stupid at this point because android flagships have much more (hardware wise) than iphones. And software wise, but that was always the case.

Apple had 16GB entry iPhones for years and people complained it was too little. Apple upped the entry iPhone to 32GB and people complained because the Note7 had 64GB in the entry model. Apple are about to up the entry iPhone to 64GB and give us 4x to 256GB on the midrange iPhone (!) with an option for a crazy 512GB and people are complaining because 512GB is too much memory for a phone.

"Lol" what is the need of providing 512GB in a smartphone??? Is it a phone or a laptop? Even my laptop conusmes only 300,400 GBs

As a matter of fact, even the S8+ with 4GB of RAM doesn't multitask all that well. Apps reload if you leave them for 5 minutes. Doesn't happen on iPhone with 2 gigs of RAM

If memory expansi... moreNot all 200Gb cards are fast. There are some cheap Chinese ones that don't go above 45 Mb/s read and 25 Mb/s write. Most consumers tend to buy these cheap cards (because for the average customer, shelling out more than 20 USD for phone storage is quite stupid) and then complain about lag. I'm not saying that the device lags. The stuff in the memory card lags. Like high res movies or videos. And if you use that card as the storage for your camera app, There will be noticeable delay while taking pictures and possibly some stuttering in 4k videos (especially with third party apps like Open Camera where you can dial up the bitrate quite high). There is a reason why you can't really store apps in the memory card on android phones anymore.
I'm saying this from experience. I had a cheap transcend 128gb card previously and the stuttering while recording 4k videos was too high. Also every movie I put in the card (10Gb avg filesize) would freeze up while playing. Of course it's was not the fault of my device. Saving stuff to the internal storage led to no lag during playback. Then I switched to the Lexar 1800x 128Gb one (Yes, I know, overkill for regular use. But I probably won't be changing it for the next 3-4 years). All the lag was fixed.

Personally will not get the 64gb version.. its like living in 16gb era. But if you are ok with 16gb then.. you should be fine with 64gb now.
The complain should be remove the 64gb.. and provide 128gb as minimum. Instead of complaining 512gb, which YOU will never even consider.. but let OTHERS who wants it have it.

For a phone that doesn't download files, 512gb is just a way to mint money. I have a 7+ 128gb version with over 80 gb empty and just to fill up space I have synced my entire iTunes music library and couple of huge apps like ashpalt, garageband, nova etc.

If memory expansion is lag, ill tear apart all my technology degrees. It's about what msd card u put in a phone dummy. If you put a 200gb one you obviously wont notice any lag, as 200gb ones are extremely fast in their writing speeds.

And if you want to go that route. Cr-Apple copied original iphone design of Samsung and LG. And the 6 on copied the note design.
When iPhone 2 was the main i thing around it had 2p, no flash, no video, and no mms.
This is 2009.
Samsung had the Omnia HD. First phone to record HD and first to play HD. iPhone and all others copied that.
It had an Oled display that destroyed the puny washed out display of the iphone.
It had stereo speakers. 8mp with flash and HD recording naturally.
And of course like even the flip phones of the time.....could at least send MMS for crying out loud.
So things Samsung did before cr-apple? Amoled, stereo speakers, their design, bottom headset jack, dual and quad core, enough ram to supply system, better cameras, hd, flash, mms, advanced touch input, bigger phones, advanced os....oh wait...still waiting on apple for that.... yadda yadda yadda.
