27 May, 2011
Nokia started a new campaign to promote its latest Symbian gadgets in India called iDoalotmore. It starts just a day after Apple launched the iPhone 4 there and is available on Nokia's official pages and billboards...

AnonD-9561, 28 May 2011N8 beating Sammy 1080p shooters ? Wake up, dude. SGS II ha... morethere is more to photography than just numbers. the camera on the n8 is superior to that on the galazy s 11. And that too by a sizeable margin. It only looses out in frame rate.

Stretching the 720 videos recorded by the n8 to full hd still reveals more detail than the galaxy. And dont even get me started about colour reproduction. I'm not sure if the continuous auto focus on the galaxy can be turned off but if it cant, it would be a minus in my books. It'll ruin more videos than it could possibly aid. The n8 employs full focus meaning all subjects are continually in focus. Kind of like what edof does with stills.

the lg is not even a good camera by todays standards talkless a benchmark. neither is the iphone 4. it might be good for an iphone but i'ld pick the vga 30fps output from my n96 over it. it records skies as purple, white people as yellow and black people as black. actual black.

huh...for me a smartphone is meant to replace my computer for most of the things. On a Nokia I can do almost anything that I can do on my PC. I don't need Ovi suite to upload songs to my Nokia and the apps. are much more cheaper than the iphone's apps.
On iphone I need a PC to put songs and videos.
'If I don't have an iPhone... Well, I don't have the problems related to it.' I'll buy a Symbian phone but never an iPhone even if it is cheap because it's apps are costly...

I always see you comparing prices of phones and saying its your countries price, yet when I ask you which country you are from you always avoid answering? You keep comparing prices if n8 and c7 to the Samsung ace yet time and time again I've proven to you that the galaxy S can be had for the same price as the Nokia n8 and c7. Now you're throwing this rediculous pricing if iPhone into the mix. Is your country even officially being sold iPhone 4 or are you taking prices of jacked up retailers benefiting from how badly people want the iPhone 4?

Android and bada samsungs are also very good at multimedia, like galaxy S, S II, wave and wave II.
They have very good cameras, the best video players in mobile phones alongside symbian^3, nice music players and very good audio quality.
iphone 4 is also very good at multimedia, with a good camera and good audio playback and quality. The only thing is that the default video player has limited file support.

                                  1) i do a lot more with my e63.
                                  2) I have used this for more than a year without any problem. This phone supports all essential things for me at great price.
                                  3) I love to have Marathi (devanagari) support, edit enabled office aaplication, pdf reader, wifi, push email, fring, youtube, google maps, internet radio, ovi store and so on. Qwerty is fine for me than touchscreen. And best of all battery lasts for two complete days with more than normal use!
                                  4) In India 3G is available in some selected cities right now with heavy price tag. So Nokia E63 with EDGE and WiFi is a grat deal for me.
                                  5) In India Nokia service availability is fine. And as there is assurance of updates for symbian till 2016, I will go for e6 for the replacement. Will think of phone with new OS only in 2014.

i have n8 and iphone4. i took iphone4 only for its power through headphones output. i can say i prefer 1000 times nokia n8 and any symbian than iphone. even they are both mobile phones, they are so so so different and their processors are very well optimized for their software needs. everyone is good and beautiful from different points of view. like you try to compare a russian beautiful woman with a black beautiful woman. overall i love nokia more, but iphone is the best for music and playlists
